At MWE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To initiate a return, please email sales-002@marveltechgroup.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item has been used or is not in its original condition.
Time Limit for Accepting Returns:
The time limit for accepting returns is 2 working days after receive the returned item.
Shipping Costs:
If the product is faulty, we will bear the shipping cost for returning the item. However, if the product is good and you want to return it for any other reason, the customer will bear the shipping cost.(Note 1.that if damage occurs during transportation, please contact the logistics company to lodge a complaint.2.If any parts are missing, please contact us for delivery. This is not a quality issue, and we offer a one-year worry-free parts service.)
